Abstract: In digitisation and globalisation, e-books, online reading, and subscription services rapidly erode traditional physical publishing models. Finding and utilising commercial niches in the new era has become a problem facing the publishing industry. With the increasing maturity of AI technology, its efficiency and accuracy in translation have brought changes to the publishing industry. Although AI translation can improve production efficiency, reduce translation costs, and broaden the boundaries of the global market, its translation quality, contextual understanding, and cultural differences are still the focus of discussion. Secondly, works in the public domain have become a win-win publishing solution for economic and social benefits due to their ability to avoid paying royalties, save time, and inherit culture. At the same time, the attention to feminist topics in the Chinese mainland continues to rise, and the market potential needs to be tapped. At the end of the article, a progressive business strategy is mentioned: starting from a single electronic magazine and gradually developing into an electronic reading platform. This article provides a critical perspective for publishing industry participants to understand and grasp the influence of niche points to achieve a win-win situation for multi-party cooperation and sustainable development.
