A Study on Importance and Practice of Reading in ChineseEnglish Translation Course 汉英翻译教学中阅读的重要性及融入模式研究 Wang Yanhong 王艳红 Abstract: The importance and teaching methods of reading in translation courses have been studied by many scholars, but most of the researches focus on reading in translation for translation majors and non-English majors, and less is touched on that for English majors. In view of this, the paper is intended to give a study of the importance, practice of reading in Chinese-English translation course for English majors.
