A Study on the Issues and Strategies of China's Culture of Rule of Law Translation for International Communication under the Framework of Discourse Construction: A Case Study of Foreignrelated Legal Language Services in the Jinan Free Trade Zone
话语构建意识下中国法治文化外宣翻译问题与对策研究——以济南市自贸区涉外法律语言服务为例

Abstract: In the context of globalization, the English translation of China's rule of law culture plays a vital role in enhancing the nation's image and fostering international exchange. This paper uses the foreign-related legal language services in the Jinan Free Trade Zone as a case study to examine the current state, challenges, and issues within the framework of discourse construction. Through an analysis of relevant cases and data, it identifies problems such as inaccurate translations, insufficient cultural context, and the absence of unified standards. Drawing on the concept of discourse construction, the paper offers recommendations to address these issues, including cultivating stronger discourse awareness among translation professionals, establishing a comprehensive terminology database for China's rule of law culture, and improving cultural adaptation throughout the translation process. Ultimately, the goal is to offer insights that will improve the quality of translations of China's rule of law culture for international communication and facilitate the effective global spread of this culture.
摘要：在全球化进程中，中国法治文化外宣翻译对于提升国家形象、促进国际交流具有关键意义。本文以济南市自贸区涉外法律语言服务为切入点，深入剖析其在话语构建意识下的现状、问题与挑战。通过对相关案例和数据的研究，揭示当前存在的外宣翻译不精准、文化内涵传达不足以及缺乏统一规范等问题，并结合话语构建提出相应的对策建议，包括强化翻译人才的话语构建意识培养、建立中国法治文化术语库以及加强翻译过程中的文化调适等，旨在为提高中国法治文化外宣翻译质量，推动中国法治文化在国际舞台上的有效传播提供参考。
