Abstract: Karate, as a combat sport that combines both confrontation and technicality, imposes dual strict requirements on the physical fitness and technical proficiency of athletes. Core strength serves as the "central link" that connects the movements of the upper and lower limbs of the human body, encompassing the coordinated ability of the abdominal, back, pelvis, and surrounding muscle groups. It directly affects the stability of athletes' offensive and defensive actions,   the efficiency of force transmission,   and the sustainability of their competitive state. This paper starts from the essential attributes of core strength and combines the specific characteristics of karate, which is characterized by "vigorous and forceful, combining stillness and movement", to deeply analyze the core role of core strength training in enhancing athletes' strength, agility, endurance reserves, and balance control. The research aims to provide practical references for karate coaches in formulating training plans and for athletes to break through competitive bottlenecks, promoting the scientific development of karate training towards a "synergistic development of technique and physical fitness" direction.


摘要:空手道作为一项兼具对抗性与技术性的格斗运动,对运动员的身体素质与技术水平有着双重严苛要求。核心力量作为连接人体上下肢运动的“中枢纽带”,涵盖腹部、背部、骨盆及周围肌肉群的协同发力能力,直接影响运动员攻防动作的稳定性、力量传导效率与竞技状态持续性。本文从核心力量的本质属性出发,结合空手道运动“刚劲迅猛、动静结合”的专项特点,深入剖析核心力量训练在提升运动员力量素质、灵敏反应、耐力储备及平衡控制等方面的核心作用。研究旨在为空手道教练制定训练计划、为运动员突破竞技瓶颈提供切实参考,推动空手道训练向“技术与体能协同发展”的科学化方向迈进。
