Observation on the clinical efficacy of esomeprazole in the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease 埃索美拉唑治疗胃食管反流病患者的临床疗效观察 Li Xueyong 李学永 Abstract: To investigate the clinical efficacy of esomeprazole in the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Methods: A total of 92 patients with GERD admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the odd-even number table method. The 46 patients in the control group received conventional treatment, while the 46 patients in the observation group received esomeprazole treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) scores, and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores were compared between the two groups. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).
