Author Biography

  LI YIZHENG, formerly known as Shuai Li, is a native of Tai'an, Shandong Province, and a member of the Communist Party. He has a PhD in business administration, a master's degree in education, a master's degree in business administration, a mid-level network engineer, and a first-class corporate trainer. He is an advanced individual in the national Lei Feng, a pioneer teacher in private education reform and innovation, a top ten outstanding teacher in the industry, an outstanding individual in science and education innovation work in the 10th anniversary of "One Belt, One Road", and a volunteer in Chinese red culture inheritance. He is a representative of the Communist Party of China in Beijing Dongcheng District, a member of the Party Committee of the Party Group Service Center in Beijing Dongcheng District, the vice president of the Beijing Dongcheng District Education and Training Chamber of Commerce, a senior think tank expert of Beihang University, a visiting professor of Yuanpei Craftsman Expert Valley, a special researcher of the Academic Committee of the China Academy of Management Science, and a senior researcher of the Beijing Whole Education Technology Research Institute. He has studied at Tsinghua University, Peking University, Beijing Normal University and Sichuan Normal University, and studied abroad in Malaysia, Belarus and Thailand. His research interests include educational management of students in vocational colleges and universities, traditional culture and modern management. He has presided over five educational research projects, published six books, 20 papers, and two national patents. He participated in the conference celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China on July 1, 2021, and was invited to participate in the recording of "The Voice of Youth: A Century of Party History" by Beijing Radio and Television as one of the main speakers. 李易正，曾用名李帅，山东泰安人，中共党员。工商管理哲学博士PhD、教育学硕士、工商管理硕士，中级网络工程师、一级企业培训师。全国学雷锋先进个人、民办教育改革创新先锋教师奖、行业十大杰出教师、“一带一路”10周年科教创新工作突出贡献个人、中国红色文化传承志愿者。中国共产党北京市东城区东花市街道代表、北京市东城区东花市街道党群服务中心党委委员，北京市东城区教育培训商会副会长，北大博雅高级智库专家、元培工匠专家谷客座教授、中国管理科学研究院学术委员会特约研究员、北京市整全教育科技研究院高级研究员。先后在清华大学、北京大学、北京师范大学、四川师范大学等高校研修，在马来西亚、白俄罗斯、泰国等国家留学深造，研究方向是职业院校学生教育管理、传统文化与现代管理。先后主持5个教育科研课题，出版六部书籍，发表论文20篇，国家专利两项。参加了2021年7月1日庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会，特邀参与北京广播电视台录制《青春之声 党史百年》主讲人之一。

  In the new journey of building a modern socialist country, vocational education has a broad future and great potential. Since the 18th Party Congress, China has built the world's largest vocational education system, the development path and model of vocational education with Chinese characteristics have basically taken shape, the attractiveness, influence and competitiveness of vocational education have been enhanced, and the face of vocational education has undergone historical and pattern changes. From the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" to the "Construction Plan of High-level Vocational Schools and Specialties with Chinese Characteristics", to the "Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education", which shows the path for the development of vocational education, to the newly revised Vocational Education Law, which clearly states that "vocational education is an education of equal importance with general education. In 2021, the National Conference on Vocational Education was held, drawing a blueprint for the development of vocational education in the new era. The "ceiling" of vocational education has been gradually broken, and the integrated vocational school system of "secondary vocational, senior vocational specialist and vocational undergraduate" has been basically completed. The basic position of secondary vocational education has been further consolidated, the main position of higher vocational specialties has been strengthened, and vocational undergraduate education is developing steadily. The initial mechanism of integration between vocational education, basic education, higher education and continuing education has been established. 在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中，职业教育前途广阔、大有可为。党的十八大以来，我国建成世界最大规模职业教育体系，中国特色职业教育发展道路和模式基本形成，职业教育吸引力、影响力、竞争力不断增强，职业教育面貌发生了历史性、格局性变化。从《国家职业教育改革实施方案》启动“中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划”，到《关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》等为职业教育发展指明路径，再到新修订的职业教育法明确“职业教育是与普通教育具有同等重要地位的教育类型”，职业教育深化改革有了坚实的制度保障。2021年，全国职业教育大会召开，擘画了新时代职业教育发展蓝图。职业教育办学“天花板”被逐步打破，“中职、高职专科、职业本科”一体化的职业学校体系基本建成，中职的基础地位进一步巩固，高职专科的主体地位不断强化，职业本科正在稳步发展。职业教育与基础教育、高等教育、继续教育之间初步构建了融通机制。
