Now she is working in the Road Maintenance Service Center of Ordos City, engaged in the construction, construction and maintenance management of highway and bridge engineering. Main academic achievements: Completed the only book "Discussion on the Reinforcement of Highway Bridges" mainly based on examples of highway bridge reinforcement technology. As the highway construction technology plays a vital role in the whole highway engineering project, the highway construction enterprises should pay more attention to the management and control of the highway construction technology in the construction process. Several Thoughts on Strengthening Highway Construction Management are mainly analyzed through the problems existing in our current highway construction management, and effective solutions are put forward.
