Si Yueqiang, male, born in December 1981, started to work in July 2000, graduated from China University of Geosciences, majoring in Civil engineering, university degree. The People's Republic of China Class1 Constructor, Class1 Cost Engineer, Senior Engineer. Served as the person in charge of a number of key construction projects, published several academic papers with research value, has rich experience in the construction and management of municipal public projects. 司月强,男,1981年12月出生,2000年7月参加工作,毕业于中国地质大学土木工程专业,大学学历。中华人民共和国一级建造师,一级造价工程师,高级工程师。担任多项重点建设项目负责人,发表过数篇具有研究价值的学术论文,具有丰富的市政公用工程建设和管理经验。
